Our preschool curriculum provides developmentally-appropriate learning opportunities to encourage your child to be confident, successful, life-long learners. The early years are critical to your child\u2019s positive growth and development and they are eager to learn new skills, experience challenging opportunities, and be encouraged for their strengths and talents.<\/p>

We ensure every child is receiving the creative learning experiences they require and that they are developing physically, intellectually, and socially. Our activities, games, and curriculum are all formulated to engage and your child\u2019s natural curiosity and provide a foundation for lifelong success. Preparing your child to succeed in school and in life is the core of our child care curriculum.<\/p>

Our caregivers are dedicated in helping each child develop these skills through a trusting and loving relationship. A parental daily report is given to update each family on meal times, nap times, toilet training and all activities accomplished each day.\nOur infant area provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. While in our care, the children are stimulated through music, exercise, outdoor blanket time, facial and verbal mimicking as well as lots of hugs and tickles.\nIn our toddler area, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come. Crawling, walking and eventually running are levels they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. Children learn best if they are in a stimulating environment. A good preschool can make a huge difference is a child's future school years. We offer age appropriate programs for preschool children to help them learn in an environment that is nurturing, stress free and fun. At Future Legends ELC, we subscribe to Mother Goose Time and follow their monthly curriculum guide. Each monthly guide is theme based and includes factual information related to the theme for discussion, number, color, shape displays, as well as songs, rhymes, games and other suggestions for dramatic play, a book list, art and craft, math, science and language arts. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We believe our school agers deserve much more than a place to go after school.As children get older and more independent, they need new challenges. That\u2019s why we offer a school-age program for before and after school care and enrichment programs that address the changing and more varied needs of growing school-age children. In our program, children are provided a variety of learning experiences such as outdoor group play, cooking projects, dramatic play, art appreciation, and creative experiments. In addition, our children are offered a quiet homework area equipped with computers and a mini library under the supervision of a dedicated classroom teacher for personal attention. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Weekly menus, including meals and snacks, will be posted. When your child is making the transition to table food, we will offer appropriate selections from the daily menu. Milk and fruit juice will also be available. Meals are served family style with children being encouraged, not forced, to eat. We encourage children to taste each item being served.

During snack time, children have the opportunity to develop independence and self-help skills by serving themselves when they are ready to eat. Each day we provide three nutritious and well balanced meals. We provide morning breakfast at 9:00am, lunch at 12:30pm and afternoon snack at 4:00pm. Milk or juice is served with all the meals and snacks, and water is offered throughout the day. If your child has any particular dietary needs resulting from being a vegetarian, or having allergies, religious beliefs, or non- religious beliefs, etc., then we must be informed, and when applicable given a doctor’s note stating to the fact.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
